Meteorbird — Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 25, 2026

Meteorbird ("the app", "we", "us") is a single-player arcade game for Android and iOS. This page explains what data the app handles when you play it.

No account, no server, no database

Meteorbird has no user accounts, no backend server, and no database. We do not operate any infrastructure that receives or stores your data.

Data stored on your device

The app saves a small amount of data locally on your device, using standard on-device storage. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to us or to any third party:

Uninstalling the app deletes this data.

Advertising

Meteorbird shows ads served by Google AdMob to keep the game free. To show ads, Google AdMob and its advertising partners may collect data such as your advertising identifier, device information, approximate location (derived from IP address), and ad interaction data, in order to serve and measure ads.

Before showing personalized ads, the app asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), in accordance with applicable regulations. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized. Ads are configured for a general audience and are not directed at children.

Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's own privacy policy:

You can reset or opt out of ad personalization at any time through your device's settings (on Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; on iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

Children's privacy

Meteorbird is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
